Colon Hydrotherapy Danger

Colon Hydrotherapy has become a popular way of cleansing. It's a way to break up and clear built up food residue inside the upper and lower bowel. The danger of using this method of cleansing too much is very serious. Just like how any muscle that doesn't get used can get weak, the same goes for the receptacles of the body, or the main yang organs, which are the large intestine (colon), gall bladder, small intestine, stomach and urinary bladder.

If these organs are not allowed to do their job, then they get weak. Weakness can occur either by burden (overwork), or inactivity (underwork). Burdens can be caused by toxic chemicals that the body cannot digest or a severe imbalance of flavor. Sugar and salt are the most common flavors to have too much of AND are the most common ingredients in unnatural and processed foods. They cause weakness in the kidneys, urinary bladder, spleen, pancreas and stomach. It becomes obvious why the most common diseases exist.

The only logical solution is to stay balanced through eating all five flavors from natural sources and properly exercising your muscles and organs. How do you exercise your organs? You massage them through deep breathing and exercise. 

Colon hydrotherapy may be an okay way to jump start the cleansing process but it's not anything that has to do with a healthy lifestyle, and it's defintely not something to rely on. External technologies have been around long enough to teach us that there are no real shortcuts in this sense, and for that, is what they are most valuable for.

Important Technique For Exercise Beginners

The most important thing to develop while performing exercises is the mind-body connection. Beginners sometimes do not make this connection right away, it takes some practice. This is the only time I will have someone isolate a muscle group and not have them activate the glutes and abdominals. Usually they are not even using a weight. I have them perform the movement just by flexing the individual muscle. This is why one of the worst things a beginner can do is get on an exercise machine. The idea is that machines are easy and great for a beginner. The problem is that machines can teach improper form, which is why it's the exact worst thing for a beginner. Until proper form and balance is learned with free weights, machines have no place in a beginners workout regimen. There are many other things wrong with machines but that's another discussion.

You will be surprised how great of a workout you get just by squeezing your muscles as hard as you can, with no weights at all. This practice develops the mind-body connection and improves form greatly. Go ahead and try it. Do four sets of standing biceps curls with no weights. Squeeze as hard as you can. You may feel areas of your arm you never knew you had before.

Obsolete Techniques From The Diet World - Portion Control

Portion Control. It seems logical. It seems as though if we only had enough will power, we would look and feel the way we wanted all the time. Like all the rest of the dieting techniques, it's not fun to have to approach food in this way. Sometimes it can even make the addiction worse. Take something away from someone and they only want it more.

Think about why you want to control your portions in the first place. One, because not controlling portions has a side effect. An effect that is not beneficial. If nothing happened as a result of eating big portions then you wouldn't have this conflict of how much or how little is ok to eat, would you? Would you even make as big a distinction between big and small portions?

The second reason is because there is a belief that if you eat too much you will gain weight. Simple right? The belief itself is obvious, but WHY you believe that is true is not so obvious. Looking into why this side effect of gaining weight happens, whether you eat a lot or a little, helps complete the whole picture.

People gain weight from any size portion of food because of the processing of the food and because of imbalances and weakness of the body. Food does not get absorbed or digested properly because of both these reasons and they each keep making the other worse, so it's a vicious cycle.

The reason why some people have to eat so much to get full is because there are no nutrients in what they are eating, so they have to fill up on calories while never satisfying their cells. When you eat the proper food for your body, your metabolism gets balanced, your body gets cleaned out and you can digest properly. Once this happens extreme weight gain is not possibl.

FulL-fillment cannot be achieved through food.
