Forget Cutting Out Carbs & Reducing Calories, Replace Factory Farmed Meat!

     Another reason why cutting out carbs and reducing calories is more harmful than useful; it takes the focus off of more important information. Like the fact that chemicals and hormones are causing your body to be so toxic that it can't get rid of excess weight. The body doesn't know what to do with these chemicals so they get stuck in the tissues and organs, causing imbalances in the systems of the body.

     The only reason you would want to cut out carbohydrates is if you were doing a specific cleanse like for candida or cancer, diabetes, etc. For dieting it may work temporarily, but when the diet ends and you're craving for carbs goes even higher than it was before you started, you've only made things worse. Your body needs carbs, exactly how much depends on your individual metabolism. Good sources are rye bread, sprouted grains, baked potatoes and activated barley.  

     An experiment you can do is to stop eating meat for awhile. When you start eating it again you will notice something interesting, it makes you more hungry. This can be useful if you use that hunger towards doing productive things. But if you're just going to eat more food as a result, then maybe it's best to stay away from it. Especially if you want to detox and lose weight.
